The Urban Outreach Response Service (UORS) offers free and confidential advice and support for anyone who is rough sleeping, at risk of rough sleeping and/or street drinking in Liverpool.
The service run jointly by The Basement Advisory Centre and The Whitechapel Centre, aims to help individuals find a route out of homelessness, by supporting individuals into the right accommodation and/or providing support to maintain accommodation and enabling them to make a positive change to their lives.
The elements of this service are:- Rough Sleeper Outreach Service, Street Drinker Outreach Service, Hub Homeless Resolution Service (No Second Night out), Mainstay Assessment Point, Royal Liverpool Hospital Outreach and Building based Services (surgeries, activities and learning) based at the Whitechapel Enablement Centre, Langsdale Street, Liverpool.
Donated items can be made directly to The Whitechapel Centre, or by arrangement at The Basement Advisory Centre, Parr Street Liverpool,
