Coaching Service

The Coaching Service is for individuals who have been recently housed, or at risk of losing their tenancy. The mindful programme uses the strengths-based approach model and focuses on what matters to you and what you would like to achieve, using a person-centred holistic approach that helps change behaviours. You will have a coach agreement and we offer six free sessions lasting two hours. The sessions are about exploring self-help techniques and gaining further access to help.


Workshops include; Managing worries and anxious feelings, Self esteem, Mindfulness, Staying emotionally healthy, knowing your boundaries and self regulation.

The Hub

“People who are homeless are not social inadequates, they are simply people without homes”     Take a breath, have a chill and take some weight of your shoulders, and relax in our hub.  We have kitchen, shower and laundry facilities for those who don’t have access to their own.  Join in our hub activites or have a chat with our team about what we do and how we can help you on the road back to a healthier, safer you.


To help you get back on your feet we offer an outreach service that gives you access to support via our recovery workers in a place where you feel safe.  We will work closely with you to tackle the underlying issues that can lead to a cycle of homelessness, or that you feel is affecting your life.  We are partnered with other agencies that we can sign post to and we can also accompany you to appointments.

Life Coaching

“Life coaches are like personal trainers for your goals”    Our Life coach can help you get on the right track and start performing in areas of your life you wish to change.  They will guide you through the process and help you evaluate and decide which steps to take to reach your goal and make an important change.  They will help you gain tools and confidence to breakthrough limitations and inspire and empower you.  They will help you tap into courage, strength, passion and confidence in the face of challenges.

A place to be – Well being workshop

Mental Health Advice and Support Group open to anyone 18+ and free of charge.  Drop in every other Thursday of the month 6pm – 8pm.
