The Basement Advisory Centre is an organisation which promotes the rights vulnerable adults as our service users.

Our policies, procedures and working practice reflect our commitment to upholding the principles of Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service users at all times.

It is the responsibility of everyone affiliated with the Basement Advisory Centre to ensure the rights and welfare of all vulnerable individuals are upheld and kept safe.
