The Mindful Programme
The Coaching Service is for individuals who have been recently housed, or at risk of losing their tenancy. The mindful programme uses the strengths-based approach model, and focuses on what matters to you and what you would like to achieve, using a person-centred holistic approach that helps change behaviours. You will have a coach agreement and six free sessions lasting two hours. The sessions are about exploring self-help techniques and gaining access to help with the coaches.
|One to One Coaching||Working through the mindful programme with your Personal Mental Health Recovery Coach on a one-to-one basis. This is not Counselling or therapy. It is intended to provide information and self-help advice with personalised sessions working through the workbook.|
|Workshops||The workshops include; Managing worries and anxious feelings, self-esteem, mindfulness, staying emotionally healthy, how to know your boundaries and self-regulation.|
